We had our new garden room installed in January and we are very happy with the service that we received from Oeco. We visited their showroom in October where we could view samples of all the design options, all our questions were answered and we were able to make our definitive choices about what we wanted. A written estimate was provided later that day and we felt that the price was very reasonable. We had a very helpful site visit from the company surveyor as soon as we were prepared and we then felt confident about arranging a date for the installation. Despite being January, the friendly installation team worked tirelessly and efficiently. They checked all the fine details with us as the installation proceeded, and ensured that we were happy with everything before they left when they had finished. Communication from the company was excellent from start to finish.
